The 159 is really no brainer.
Too bad its only for their existing postpaid users.

U can look for agent, some agent provide rm159 1gbps with free 6 months but need bundle with postpaid 60 and above

So many lost pockets

Finally terminated TIME, retention team offered free 6 months for 1Gbps plan with 24 months contract renewal. No discount provided.

Didn't take it and need to wait 30 days for service to be fully terminated.

Those contract ended who wish to stay with TIME can try to apply for termination. You can cancel the termination request within 30 days so no harm trying.

Edit: You can schedule your new ISP installation to be around 1 week before TIME termination to have gapless Internet connection.

Which ISP are you moving to? If possible, do some comparisons while you still have TIME

I am moving to Maxis as I don't think how it can be worst.

Sadly I cant perform direct comparison as Maxis will reuse the same fibre line from condo riser to my unit.

However, I currently have access to Unifi 500Mbps at my relative's place and it's definitely better than TIME. At least I can browse Twitter normally.

Lately I even notice some non-mainsteam YouTube videos are buffering on TIME's connection and I don't have such nonsense on any other ISPs.

Woah. I'm also speaking to TM to see if they can match my 1Gbps plan @ RM 189 I have on another house. If they say yes, I will say Adios to TIME.

My friend that lives in a condo nearby is experiencing connection lost sometimes. But could be just his own issue since he uses HN8245x6 and I don’t have any issue.

For some reason the routing to China is getting worst from my Smokeping
For example , China Mobile Tianjin (Business Broadband)

Higher packet loss in this two days, Xianyu / Taobao also hard to use need to switch to 4G / use Cloudflare WARP
Any solutions? Before this I still can manage to VPN back to China Mobile because TIME - CMI traffic is still quite stable but nowadays not good anymore

I notice similar trend on my end, still usable in the afternoon but it got really unusable from evening onwards.

Well, since I am not under contract anymore. I decided to give other ISP a try.

What's the deal with Time connection to Twitter eh? routing issues?
