I would like to ask how to unsubscribe to an auto-renewing plan for U Mobile Prepaid?
Currently I'm using the UMobile 5G-Ready Prepaid Plan, and accidentally subscribed to the U Prepaid 25 plan instead of Borneo Plan last month.. since it is slightly more exp than the borneo plan, how do i unsubscribe/stop the renewal of the U Prepaid 25?
their FAQ said to use the *118# menu, but i do not see any option to Manage Subscription; only to buy the plans

edit:
Problem solved
*118#
then 99 (next)
then 1 (buy data plans)
then 5 (Stop Auto Renewal)

Umobile still using DNB. The speed is DNB 5G.
Magic5 not listed as SA supported in Msia and if not mistaken in another thread SA will show 5G+, so the screencap not in SA. According to FAQ the Operator name also will come with extra SA word to depict on 5G SA.

There is discount for GX43 for RM40. Is this rate permanent? or will it revert back to RM43 after a while.

Also. Is it worth upgrade from GX30 to GX43? is the 6mbps to 12mbps speed even noticeable?
*
Will revert back to RM43.

I've used it when it was offered for RM30 for a month. Speed was throttled to about half during 4pm till 11pm. Day time is okay. This was in Putrajaya area.

Yep, that's right. Get a prepaid sim and test it out. Also, different phone different signal too. You may ask someone that they get great coverage but could be very different on yours. So, prepaid sim is the better way. No fuss, no guesswork.

Just registered for and activated a prepaid esim today. It was so easy to do and I got my umobile line up and running within 15 mins.

Gonna test it for 2-4 weeks and decide if it's good enough for my needs.

It’s nothing special it’s just like a physical sim without a physical sim only cons you can’t switch to another phone if any issue with your phone

I chose eSIM because my main line is hotlink and already occupies my iPhone sim slot. Testing umobile for a month to see if it’s ok for my needs.

For new registration, just select esim during purchase.

Not so sure about existing subscriber already using a physical sim.
