Anyone here have the experience of claiming back overpaid bill from your terminated postpaid number? Tried calling hotline but they end my call after entering my terminated phone number, tried messaging them at their facebook page but automated replies and requesting otp from my terminated number. Need to go service centre settle?

If you want to search for nice numbers from dealers/service centers, you can only get postpaid plans. Cannot choose number for prepaid.
Usually they let you choose your preferred last 4 digit numbers.

either go to one of their service centers or port out to other telco and port in to um prepaid, whichever is the most convenient.

rm15 plan do extend your credit validity to match the plan's expiry. Renewed just now.

Mostly stable at my area with strong 5G but mostly stay in 4G(band 28) to conserve battery life unless downloading huge files or updates.

It didn't renew for me during end-April, even though i have sufficient credit. Will see if this month it will auto-renew or not.

update: borneo plan auto-renewed earlier, credit validity extended to match the plan's expiry.

maybe congestion in your area due to too many users? try connect using 5G (if you have 5G phone) if possible.

You need to call hotline to claim the remaining balance. Just provide your credentials and bank account and it will be credited within 2 weeks.

Speed just hovering at 1-3Mbps, need turn on 5G for full speed.

Your ZTE did not connect to any 5G band (n78), hence the slow speed. Try moving around the router, preferably near a window.
