I would like to ask how to unsubscribe to an auto-renewing plan for U Mobile Prepaid? Currently I'm using the UMobile 5G-Ready Prepaid Plan, and accidentally subscribed to the U Prepaid 25 plan instead of Borneo Plan last month.. since it is slightly more exp than the borneo plan, how do i unsubscribe/stop the renewal of the U Prepaid 25? their FAQ said to use the *118# menu, but i do not see any option to Manage Subscription; only to buy the plans
edit: Problem solved *118# then 99 (next) then 1 (buy data plans) then 5 (Stop Auto Renewal)

QUOTE(Chrono-Trigger @ Jul 13 2025, 04:11 PM) I think umobile monthly plans have always active feature always active refers to extending the validity when making purchase of internet plans right? My experience so far with U Mobile Prepaid is that my validity do get extended when i purchase U Borneo Plan that costs RM20 monthly not sure if it's applicable for the Rm5 call plan or other data plans though.

QUOTE Since some people insist that there are no always active feature, perhaps they can help me understand my plan better Last reload in 6 May - RM 30 (to existing balance of 16) After reload didnt subscribe anything, waited until 5 June to subscribe U Borneo Prepaid RM20, which auto renewed on 5 July. This led to new so called Credit/SIM/Line/Account/Active Validity of 4/8/2025 as seen in the screenshots

QUOTE(bombacat @ Nov 7 2025, 02:28 PM) Hi folks, would like to check how is the Umobile coverage in town vs Maxis or CelcomDigi? This plan seems very good and is tempted to switch but concern about the local coverage lol usual advice would be to get a umobile prepaid sim first to test coverage in the areas you frequent
