There is no contract for any of the postpaid plans, unless you are talking about taking a postpaid plan with a phone

I am paying rm58 monthly for GX68 postpaid plan after permanent discount. Do you think umobile will maintain a discount for me if I upgrade to GX98 plan.
Also is hotspots unlock only for 5g usage or include 4G.

I too want to believe Umobile can be this generous but remember they did u-turn on hotspot thingy last year without prior notice.

I found out u mobile coverage is superb at outdoor. However if its indoor home the coverage is so bad. Area Shah alam. 😅

Nope, most telcos dont let their old plans access 5G

It's understandable because I don't trust them either.

They are basically the "master of tumpang glamour" because even though they were the first to introduce 4G back then, they spent more on hype and advertising instead of improving the network, and that's why they have the worst 4G coverage. Now with 5G, it's almost the same tactic, what's different is that they're not the one building the 5G network, so they can tumpang all the way.

Either feedback to their CS via Facebook or use Jendela app.

Worst case scenario if none of them works, report to MCMC.

At least Yes is not any worse than Maxis imo. As of now, Maxis really is the worst out of all with no 5G and sketchy af TnCs + yahudi price.

u38 probably the best plan for now with bumped up 60gb quota

Hi guys, I'm thinking of switching my plan from P70 to U38.

Data: 15GB vs 60GB
Calls: Both Unlimited
Roaming: 5GB vs None

The only thing that I know that I will be losing is the 5GB Roam-Onz but I don't really need it.

Is there anything hidden that I have to be aware of? Otherwise it is pretty good value for U38, sort of like an upgrade but saving RM32 every month.

if u can save money why not. also do u need roaming?
