just finally mnped out from Umobile GX30 plan,.. really after 6 months is so unbearable, currently with yes 4G, coverages is confirm way better than u mobile in penang and in north south highway for sure,... speed wise GX30, mostly will get 0.5-1Mbps if u lucky, otherwise 0.5Mbps is avrages in everywhere,.. seems like umobile is congested due to many user or many bypass it with bomoh router for hotspot,.. and for bypass higher speed too,. hmmmmm

Apparently..UMobile is immune to SKMM...really blady fool as usually in the end consumer will port out.
UMobile damn smart playing this waiting game...

Someone should purchase UMobile plan and kaw kaw complain every week....so that SKMM will finally take notice.
UMobile is the asshole coverage ..some more dare to launch unlimited plan without considering upgrading their towers...

Anyone success mnp from other telco to umobile? i try to mnp from unifi mobile to umobile via online but got rejected by current provider. No contact, bill cleared. contact unifi cs said my acc no problem to mnp.

The speed is uncapped but then it depend on your location whether congestion especially after evening...
Almost all telco have this issue congestion start from evening until almost midnite except for one telco.

Try using more than a month lo.
UMobile trick usually 1st few month ok and then NinjaSuperTurtle kick it after that.

Well I just did my port Out. Paid my outstanding. Swallowed the reconnection fee "non-waivable" nonsense.
Porting out to YooDoo to keep my number while I will put consideration for Yes 4G BB .

Complain to them hundreds of times since January. How patience I am.
Complain to SKMM even. After 2 emails, silence.
My speed is fcking slow. Like only 0.2MBPs at night.
Cant even stream smoothly even at 144P. Buffer like no tommorow.

Complain to them, they acknowledge my area heavy users, and they "not sure when they gonna upgrade". LOL.
Spend so much ads to say network upgraded massively and "U Cuba Try". Saya sudah try lah.

Worse still when line suspended, and i requested for reconnect, their CS didnt tell me that there is charges.
I complained to Umobile, they admit their CS did the wrong thing by not stating there will be reconnection charges.
By right I have the right to demand for waive for reconnection fee. its their fault.

However their CS said - "Its still a valid charge". Fcuk you. I told them "OK, I also want to port out, thats also a valid reason" .
And she just say "Itu ialah hak awak sebagai pengguna" sound like not remorseful at all. No empathy feeling. Maybe my luck with some senior CS agent.

So its Goodbye fcuking Useless-Mobile. Whats the whole point cheap when the speed is horrible.
