Your refund is not deleted but they just "cancelled" it because they think u should wait the parcel to reach. Why they "cancel refund" is because the system does not have option to "extend refund" so they will cancel your refund and inform u via email (usually) to submit refund again after few days.
What u need to do is just submit refund again and the process goes again and again until your parcel reach, or unless or evidence about parcel lost then they will approve refund.
Just press extend guarantee if u have not, and press refund before guarantee end.
If seller press "dispute" then u will go thru the cycle like i mentioned above.
Actually my dispute was DELETED and it shows I have received the products .
Only problem is I received wrong products -------and J& T took the wrong products back . But my products was LOST and till now still remain LOST . This is settled as I got supplier to REFUND ( which is out of Shopee system )
Currently I also have another problem ------- I bought from supplier . They supplied incorrect products . Reported to Shopee and supplier ( on whatsapp with supplier ------ supplier also say click the Return / refund button which I did on 16 April ) . Till now dont know what to do ------just wait wait wait ---scared same situation as previous ---dispute also HILANG and say I alreday received products .
Been calling Shopee since morning 9 am till now but seems like they very busy to take calls
