Usually how many voucher for free shipping for all seller can I get? Is it once per month?

Need some input. I got 3 parcel stuck at CJ Century hub Bukit Raja for almost 3 weeks and nearing its SHopee Guarantee end, which is 7/6 and 9/6. Ive yet to extend it, and i no longer care about the item. Base on CJ review, tons of review stated their item are stuck at the hub, to the extend of 2 months, which i believe my parcel also will suffer the same fate.How do i cancel and refund?

Just bought something yesterday with a good deal.
Using free shiping+cimbrm12off+3000coins(RM30)
Just now seller msg said item out of stock and ask me to cancel order.
Recheck the store and find out the item still there but with much higher price.
If i cancel the order will i get back the coins+shiping voucher+cimbrm12off?
Or i just wait for the seller to canceled it (shipout date should be on 10/6)

Do i extend then refund, or just refund now? Aint the seller have the power to cancel the refund?

Ok this is the first time I think a package is going to go past the Shopee guarantee dateline for me. The Poslaju KK branch is getting shittier

ask the seller cancel from their side

those shipping voucher (except those limited time use) and coins you redeem will revert back to your account

I have 2 items stuck at Pos Laju for almost 3 weeks now..

And I ordered items from the same seller on 2 different days - 2 days apart. Both were picked up by Pos Laju on the same day while only 1 item was delivered to me today & the other one is still stuck at picked up status!

Anyways, interested in getting an item costs RM2k but Shopeepay doesn't even allow me to top up more than RM500. Does it mean I must use alternative payment method?

u need to verify first by sending them pic of your ic, then u can topup up to 1.5k if not mistaken

lol, just as u said. so that u'll go back to them.

Use to pay bill.. very easy to use up.. last month pay bill still can earn coins, this month onward no longer give point..

they only have astro and air selangor
