U mean use atm option, then tmr can change mode of payment to credit card?

what's shopee policy on electronic products? say if the item i purchased is not original, is it possible to report to shopee and claim refund?

is the 120% coins rewards working? i saved the voucher but unable to find it in 'my vouchers' section. also, when i made a RM75 purchase, the 'shopee coins earned' shows 75 only. where is the 120%?

Use all the vouchers and stop buying. After awhile, Shopee will grant you one. I got 2 extra vouchers last month. One was on the last day of the month.

i got a malfunction item,
click refund. chat with seller. he say please return.

Question:
1. shoppee guide say that i need to wait for seller to click accept return only i can proceed return. So that seller keep on delaying the return process. What can I do? wait until he click it? ( there is a dateline for it)

2. Who will bare the return shipping charges? last time using lazada i will get my return shipping charges as well. not sure about shopee

Is that really how it work? I got different item and seller said they need to get back the item then only they can accept the request. Really weird system

I just bought Sandisk micro SD card from Sandisk Official Store on 12.12.. However until this date, they still did not ship my item.. I noted that ship out due date is on 18.12.2018..

Already chat with them, their answers is due to peak sales and courier service problem.. But come to frustration when I saw comments such as good service and fast delivery.. now 19.12.2018 still my item not been shipped..

should i lodged report to Shopee Chat?
If I cancelled my order, can i get the money back instead of put it in the Shopee Wallet?
After ship out deadline, is it my order will automatic cancelled?

Charge seller la of course. But seller will raise their product price to cover back this fee. Hence in the end buyer jugak yang kena.

I got possibly stupid question.

The shopee cny 25% discount (25cnh15) voucher I was checking out this morning is now in the Invalid section. Is it expired before its time 23:59 6/2/19 or some weird bug?
