anyone experience return before? want to know does Shopee reimburse the delivery fees? received damage item, told seller and asked for return and refund but went to courier (J&T) and shock that the delivery fee is RM13, which already equivalent to the item's price... wonder who will bear the return delivery fee?
I have experience of returning defective item last year 2019. Need to attach consignment note and receipt as proof when submitting the request.Then, shopee will ask your bank details and bank in the shipping fee accordingly. Not sure now the process still the same or not.
