What happen to shipping tracking number ? all gone ? Desktop and apps ?

Apps also , if you didn't ask the seller for tracking , it'll just said deliver but no tracking number

I wouldn't accuse seller so soon. Maybe he/she/they was telling the truth.
The data reflected to us is not the whole story. Courier have their own for internal use.

Believe me, you will get your full refund or replacement if you have a solid reason. A judge is a human being. He or she has feelings. He or she will favour more towards poor general public than rich companies.  What is RM80 claim against million dollars made by the companies?

if poslaju still deliver then buyer lucky lor get free item. if item reported lost both side should get compensation, so imo no need purposely make outside payment to seller unless u feeling generous to give seller double compensation.

My parcel was declared lost also (during MCO, common during that time and got refunded). Somehow, the item was delivered to me a few days later. I contacted customer svs and asked wht to with it. They asked me to pay for the item via bank transfer into their account, but I didnt want it anymore. Then they sent me some same formatted reply and I ignored them since they not interested to get back the item.
