Shopee is a really rubbish company and full of rubbish agent there.

Recently I had a terrible experience in Shopee.

Story start:

1. I purchase 1 item with quantity of 2 but seller only send quantity 1 to me.
2. I request return and refund process due to seller unable to fulfill.
3. Seller and Shopee agree the refund and return. Shopee said my return shipping fee will reimbursement to my wallet after 7 days.
4. My consignment note and receipt all uploaded in system and send a copy to Shopee in email.

Seem like everything go smooth right?

Nightmare start:

1. After 7 days I checked my Shopee wallet show 0.
2. I go to ask Shopee why? The Shopee agent said it already refund into account XXX. But my account ID is not XXX. I ask why Shopee use my consignment note and receipt make refund to non of my account?
3. Shopee ask me provide NEW consignment note and receipt for them to make refund again.

Did this Shopee reply is a brainless reply? The consignment note and receipt I can simply get a new one ?

Shopee agent done wrong but need me to bear?

The agent of Shopee now ignore my case and totally no reply. Wow, brilliant of Shopee running business like this. I 1000000% salute to this Shopee customer service.

How everyone look at Shopee reputation now ?

Now the case start more than half month, any idea on how to fight with my right?

The full refund of the product is completed. I already check my credit card bill. Now only the issue that Shopee promise reimbursement my return shipping fee having problem.

Problem is the agent ask me submit NEW consignment and receipt to get refund since the one I submit already refund to other account. You think this is logic ?

Shopee give empty promise regarding the refund shipping fee. This already is a cheating case.

I totally can not accept that they use my consignment and receipt to refund to other account. Since they ignore this case and no reply, I think I will fight my right in any channel .

I think you also need to fight your right.

Shopee reputation sure will affected if there are alot victims in this kind of case.

Finally get my refund after I do 1 thing.

Conclusion :

There are useless to shout in phone call / write in email / scold in forum / ask for suggestion. Those Shopee agents already used to it. No matter how rude you scold / what method of yelling they also not even care about it. Their policy is bully buyer in anyway unless the buyer know how to protect themselves.

When the due date come and I check my wallet found that the balance is 0 then I ask the Shopee agent why not yet reimbursement to my account. Then the agent ask me upload the consignment again which I did it previously. So I upload and give them my receipt and consignment again to them but they reply my receipt and consignment already refund to " Shopee ID XXXX " . The ID is not belong to me. Some more the agent reply me to upload NEW consignment and receipt again in order to get the reimbursement.

I dono who own the other account. But the account ID is not me.

After this incident, the Shopee agent start pusing and flip fold like roti canai. Starting still got 1 or 2 email to reply me and keep ask me upload new consignment and new receipt. And later they totally ignore my complaint.

So now you know how the agent in Shopee? They are totally rubbish.

If seller dishonor the price and refuse to ship out and cancel order, buyer can do what? Shopee has any compensation or anything ?

That PC Byte selling those model from china. You can see they sell their Seagate HDD which warranty only valid from China. Dare to buy?

Any how that Micro RMA seem not as good as other. Why not buy Intel or WD model ?

You know why PC fair die in Malaysia? Just because no after sale service. For this case warranty is just talk but actually no use at all.

Some brand still ask you back to the local distributor / seller. They not support individual RMA claim. Don't touch this brand all the way. Pick those support world wide warranty, support individual RMA, easy as 1 2 3 .

Ah well. I guess that's why Lazada is slightly more expensive. If someone screws up your order, they'll do something about it. Shopee just has way too many good things going for it. Waiting on the next platform to catch on while shopee turns to be another lazada. Heh.

I read their T&C. It seems like they can cancel as and when they please with no compensation for the buyer. Anyone knows enough for this to be stipulated as unjust?

No. It just show you the price update only.

This feature Amazon done very well compare to Lazada or Shopee.
