I have one item in "To receive" status which I have to confirm receipt of product by Jun 6 but the item is stuck at pos Laju since mid of May. I am just wondering will the item status change to "receive" 3 days later even I haven't received the item yet? Should I extend guarantee or just leave it as it is?

just extend the guarantee to show courtesy for the seller

remember this is not seller fault

this is poslaju fault

just chat with the seller to lodge complaint at poslaju/shopee

if after 3 extra days...the item haven't yet arrive

click on refund

Based on my experience, as long as the tracking status still not delivered, it won't auto complete for u. But if u extend Shopee guarantee n it is expired after 3 days n u still.not receive the item, it will auto complete if u didnt click refund request.

So, normally I will not do anything until it show delivered.

anyone experience return before? want to know does Shopee reimburse the delivery fees? received damage item, told seller and asked for return and refund but went to courier (J&T) and shock that the delivery fee is RM13, which already equivalent to the item's price... wonder who will bear the return delivery fee?

Shopee reimburse the shipping fee from my experience. Need to attach receipt and consignment note.
