I'm facing delivery problem with j&t. Need help on how to settle...My parcel was deliver out quite fast but when reached Penang at kota permai j&t on 8 may, it was stuck there for 2 weeks.

Went there to check but was told it was handle by outside agent n cannot check further.

It was then update as out for delivery on 23 may, try to call dispatcher n was informed by him someone update his hp and he was not aware of it.

Still no delivery n the status change to delivered on 2 june. I have select refund option on 29 may but it was cancel by shopee today.

Please help....

I have the same problem, ordered ink cartridges from Johore and stucked at J&T's warehouse in Puchong for 2 weeks. Contacted customer service and they keep telling me to wait...from 2 days to 1 week. Now, shopee promised to resolve this case by end of this week.

lodge a report to both shopee and J&T

those J&T Kota Permai branch should take the responsibility

they are the one who hired these "part-time" outsider

ask them proof of delivery...ctc shopee too

also ask the seller to complaint against J&T and shopee too

if seller really concerned and want to honor their commitment to their customer...

they will do the right things

and everyday blast every single of them email for updated



and also call them too and scold them kaw kaw

but i still prefer email because it's "black&white"

Called shopee just now. Asked me to press refund again as the system will auto cancel my earlier refund request when my order was update as 'successfully delivered'.

I am having this problem with one of my many orders from shopee, this seller promised to send out my package by 1st June, it’s Friday today. So yeah the status is still ‘to ship’, I tried to cancel the order yet the seller rejected.

So I escalated this case to shopee but they can’t help me either since as a buyer I can only cancel once.

I am totally clueless now...

after 1st june

DTS + 4 working days

(DTS) = date to ship

before shopee system can automatically cancel the order

did seller already produce the tracking number ?

Is it possible u r d one holding the stock? So it becomes zero now so nobody else can purchase.
