U can try partial refund just put the amount and seller can nego.
Better just return it unless u used voucher discount alot.

Communicate with the seller. Good seller will send out if by mistake. Click on refund to hold the payment as well if the free gift is so important.

how the fuk did you do that? i checkout almost immediately 12pm or 8pm and i always get the "this voucher has been fully redeemed" error.

damn pos laju... im at home wholeday today, and they said delivery failed.

may i know if seller already update shipping detail ( pos laju consignment note ), so shopee system will update as preparing.
but actually seller did not ship out my order, how long shopee system will cancel my order? or will unlimited extend and extend until seller ship out?
