April 23 shipped out. May 18 still in china warehouse. No choice but to apply refund, although told shopee agent wanted my lost parcel. May 22 refund approved. Today may 28 I received this lost parcel. Not yet check credit card got refund or not.
So it seems like one of the agent said, refund doesn't stops the movement and delivery of the parcel.

I just requested for refund/return for a missing item from a seller, the seller promised to send me the missing item days ago but never get back to me despite of my multiple attempts to contact them. No tracking no provided so now I prefer refund instead.

However, there's this instruction asking me to return the items. I just want partially refund, can this be done? What about the coins that I am supposed to earn from other items I received? Do I have to get Shopee to credit me the coins manually?

I can't return the other items as I already used them up because seller agreed to send me the missing item since last week and it's been more than 10 days now. Tried to chat with them but no reply which was why I raised the dispute.

My question is now the refund/return request is pending return, do I just wait or have to do anything? It's probably better if they separate the return and refund request.

There is a weekly limit? You mean daily limit 3000 x 7 = 21000 coins limit per week?
I tried searching online but didn't see any weekly limit mentioned

I click on "order received" for an order that just got newly shipped out... because I got another similar looking order.

Now my question is, the order will still be delivered to me right?
Shopee should upgrade to enable "order received" button only for a successful delivery or a week after payment.

I’ve made partial refund in the past. No coins at all. Contacting shopee and they say that’s how the system works. My refund was around april 2020.

Shopee set up their system to lure you using shopee pay.
I plan to buy 1 item below cost RM15.44. Preferred seller and there is free shipping symbol on the product page for order above RM15.
I put in cart and ready to check out.



Later when I want to pay and tried to select free shipping voucher, shopee said current payment method does not meet voucher t&c.
Fine. I can't top up exactly RM15.44 as the price including shipping is RM20. Since I dont have enough balance I can't use shopee pay, therefore I can't use the free shipping voucher. So I top up RM 20.



When I top up and I can select shopee pay as payment method, now the free shipping voucher term has changed.
Now the say I can't use the shipping voucher because available logistic don't have shipping discount. Pretty shitty.
I purchased anyway because what else I can use with my shopee pay money?



Shopee free shipping used to be more flexible before and now they are really tightening the rules. Keeps you hooked on buying in shopee.
Their shopee pay system is designed intentionally to put your money in their account so that you will carry on with your purchase.
You can never know beforehand if you really can get free shipping. Even if you choose shopee pay, later then can say the product is not included in the T&C.
So buyer be aware.

That was the MCO 2.0 (Stay Home Stay Safe page) 15% min 200 max 3300 coins voucher. It was available before 18/1 and as it turned out, it was better than any of the CNY sale vouchers except 10% no max limit.
