yes, you can withdraw the cashback to your bank. But normally you need to wait for loooong time before they confirm the cashback. For hotel booking, normally it is few months AFTER the trip. (not after booking)

I find that you can't shake too fast... Else it won't register the shake. Just shake it slowly.
