Guys I have weird experience with shopee today :

1. Bought an item from shopee on 5 May
2. Poslaju status was idle for about 3 weeks
3. Deadline for door delivery was near, but still didn't receive the item so I had to click extend shopee guarantee
4. Finally shopee guarantee was over, and I request for refund since I didn't receive my item yet
5. After 3 days of refund request, poslaju status was still in transit and my refund request was auto cancelled by shopee system
6. Shopee deemed my shipment as lost and refunded the payment via shopee pay
7. Suddenly poslaju went to my house this morning, 29 May and delivered my item. This is weird part lol

My question is, if the buyer got the payment refund and got the item, how bout the seller? Will shopee compensates the seller?

Part of me feel guilty about this

If Shopee said parcel lost then Shopee will deal with Poslaju for compensation to seller. If seller did not respond to your refund request and get auto refunded, then no compensation to seller.

I applied RM16 free shipping voucher for an overseas delivery but only deducted RM2 from shipping fee (balance RM3.20) although the cart shows up to 5.20 discount for order above 16. Other sellers are fine, free shipping. Any idea why?

Damn, just realised shoee coin max claim per day has reduced to 1550 (was 3000) only now.
Keep so many coin also difficult to use now.

for me i feel that thid RM6 sxxt voucher is a scam.
don't think much ppl really used it.

i topup my shopee pay wallet ready before 8.00pm.
on 8.00.00pm juz now immediately apply voucher and click pay using shopee pay.
guess what..it shows voucher fully used up within 1 sec.

i am using internet fibre connection.
don't think any other mobile connection will be faster

but if shopee declare lost then they will compensate seller. if u pay to seller then seller get double pay already
