thanks for concerning Nikki... i've tried all types of lip balm but it seems getting better and worse again...
so then i try Vaseline and yes! It works better than any other expensive lip balm I ever bought!

no idea oh... hope someone frm tat are could suggest on that.

Hie guys, just changed my wire to a thicker 1 last 3 weeks n the 1st thing I've noticed is it's starting to ache the next day. Thank God for the painkillers! But after a day or so, I can hardly feel the pain nemore. Am set for my 4th appointment next week, my ortho plans to pasang those brackets to my lower set of teeth *gasp!* Now my mouth is officially full of metal!

Dr.Khor is a very nice dentist.
I did my upper only...self ligated braces..only rm2K.
the best thing is...the clinic opens from monday to sunday.
u can go and consult him 1st.
but his appointment is very full...have to booked in advance.

ah..ic..thankz!..near my house only..hahah..anyway..from what i have read,the self ligating braces example is the Damon system right?
Means that we can opt for Damon compared to the normal metal braces or it is determined by the dentist?
I heard also that not all patients can use the Damon type braces.

we can choose or decide ourselves whether wan the traditional type or damon... the ortho will tell us wuts the diff between this 2 system and of cos wuts ur budget as damon is more expensive... If u hv no budget then of cos damon would be the better choice, cos it produce faster, less pain and better result...

According to him, my first 6-8 months will be crucial so he needs to see every month...after that i'll be like urs la,only once in every 2months hehe...

This weekend,hopefully! My condition is not really bad, just I like to take it a little slow. plus my lower teeth not so bad actually so the ortho didn't mind to install the upper set first hehe. can see small changes dy!!!u too?worth every cent using this right...hehe

Mine can see big changes leh.. maybe my condition is too bad so the difference is more obvious hehe...My frens saw me also ask me wah ur teeth especially upper set one look so straight n tidy d leh!!

have anybody heard about livingwell (http://www.livingwell.com.my/)? I heard people in Akademi Fantasia were sponsored to have dental surgery there. Their teeth were repaired in less that 2 hours and the cost for that was RM30k

so long no update... where are the rest?

one side of my lower jaw is damn pain... cos wisdom tooth is coming out. i cant really chew food now... so irritating.. hope i can just extract it...

other than that, the 4 lubangs i have (due to extraction), are slowly closing the gaps already... and the rest of the teeth in the middle are more loosen...

how about the rest? leng_leng? babypearl? kentcp? and who's that girl (her brackets always fall off wan)...see la...so long no update, i also forgot her name already...

yalor..loosen then the teeth will hav space to move... As when the teeth are being push inward, the frontal teeth will hav more loose space...

ohh white_tulip...very nice girl.. dunno where she went d nowadays.. why her brackets always fall off one meh? how to fall off wor not stick on our teeth d one meh?

yah, its already glued to our teeth... but dunno why her glue didnt hold the brackets well enuff... so her brackets always fall off...
then finally when doctor re-glue for her, then she ok liao
