yeah as kentcp said, fill up ur stomach before appointment. Eat as much as you can. wink.gif

No pain during the process, only the injection like semut gigi...after that you dun even realize ur teeth was being plucked! After that juz bite the cotton ball until it stops bleeding.. for me the bleeding part is more geli cos ur mouth is so numb and ur saliva will mix with ur blood and you cant control it "teralir" from ur mouth... laugh.gif

It's call lingual braces. Google it to read in english if you want to. However, lingual is more expensive. About 15k i think?
And because that the braces are installed inside, it tends to scratches your tongue more.

Kent, Retainer u meant?
Hahaha.... Yah, after de-braced, we will still need to wear retainers to maintain the shape or else, it will run back to the old shape.

However, if leng leng is asking about if without braces, will protruding teeth get worst? I think yes it will. Cos you know how our wisdom tooth will grow and will start pushing away the rest of our teeth. Somehow or other, it will affect the rest of our teeth also. B4 i got braces, i realised that my teeth are getting worst bcos of my wisdom tooth.

My retainers isn't the one most people are using. I'm using the hard transparent plastic type taking the shape of my teeth

ohmy.gif i think it has nothing to do with ur braces... probably its the weather or u're heaty?

I get that too sometimes especially b4 i get braces.. sometimes, even once a month... just drink more water, apply lip balm when neccessary. it will be ok within few days. brows.gif
