If you pay minimum and not full then good for them.

Don't pay at all is a problem because that becomes bad debt (and then their risk calculation turns upside down).

I won't call it "chase" la. Just a friendly reminder. Some people may find it helpful as there are times where we got caught up in life and forgot about the payment date.

heck, i managed to pay my uob cards (past due date) cuz i gotten reminder notification for pbb cards!
