told me cannot cancelled the card, except there's zero transaction on the card.
and also cannot transfer BT from visa to amex.

ask me to contact them tomorrow during office hours for confirmation with relevant officer...

done..asked me if i want to continue use the card, as the charges will start on mar 2019...told her to cancel now..scared later they remove this 1 card cancellation..mati lor...

I don't think you can use Amex at Myeg which is also Govt transaction.
Unless you can find a runner / agent / workshop who accept Amex and the MCC is not excluded (Govt, Utilities, e-wallets). It is not FOC.

Im too late..just renewed my roadtax with amex at jpj counter earlier...planned to use their mysikap kiosk, which also accept amex, but the machine cannot produce the road tax, so proceed to counter.

Etiqa online

Amex can be use at JPJ counter..the counter only display visa/master card though..
initially want to use at mysikap kiosk, which accept amex, but at that moment, the machine unable to perform the transaction.

Below is my transactions for Jun

352.65 - Groceries - 352.65
312.93 - Etiqa Online - 312.93
70.00 - Roadtax Renewal @ JPJ Counter

735.58 - Total

36.779 - 5% Cashback, but only get 33.27.

So, ETIQA online still eligible for CB, and JPJ also, but wondering 5% cb is not full.. short of rm3.++

I make a transaction at ikea dsara via Apple pay with amex on Sunday, but m2u trx date is Monday..

will I still get the cashback?if no, can appeal?

f using other methods, amex will not show...only visa and MasterCard. only from etiqa app will get this amex

update... payment go thru..but will show unsuccessful in etiqa webpage

lodged complaint for missing cashback on 9th December...CS told will take approx. 2 weeks..till now nothing..

How about u guys experience??same time frame?

got my renewed card, but already make few transactions on old card for this month cb..

if activate new card now, cb will messed up or not??read few pages back regarding messed up cb with new card activation.or is it with replacement card with diff number only?
