This is why whenever I went KL, I will redeem the maximum points at one Utama I have without second thoughts. Of course I know that. But in the past they will inform in advance before increasing the points so everyone can go and change first before increase. Looks like they didn’t do that this time

Today I saw SST charged to my GRAB card.... i don't find this card useful and i don't use it at all so i called and cancel the card. They say i have to pay SST even though I cancel my card?
