Yes, Lazada can, even with SAVED CARD (at least for my case)

Funny. I did receive 5% weekend CB for paying Sarawak Energy and Unifi bills at Airpay (MCC 5964 if using Visa except Public Bank CC).

Why not using motortakaful or Etiqa / Etiqa Takaful?
10% discount + AMEX 5% weekend CB + dividend (if no claim for Takaful) + low mileage rebate.

I don't know it is ok or not.
But from my shopping experience, I no longer need so many Lazada accounts. 1 account is good enough for my spendings.
You may consider getting supplementary CC for other Lazada accounts.
