Hi guys. I went to 1 Utama to request my 2 Card AMEX change for a contactless/paywave card. How long will it take for them to create this paywave card?

Which is how long?? Hmmm the person at counter did say within 2 weeks, but my current AMEX card is blocked already pending replacement. I wonder if they can complete within 1 week. I never get card replacement before (previously was UOB, but I didn't know they send replacement until it was in my mailbox).

Guess I'll just sit patiently waiting for it.

If I use Grab then Amex, do I get treats point or cashback ?

I saw someone above asking about Shopee CC installment and I saw this in the sticky:
"21. For EzyPay via Amex aka installments during weekend, cash rebate and treats points will be given for the FULL AMOUNT one shot and not by the monthly installments amount."

So does it mean when I make purchase at Shopee via EZPay installments during a weekend, I will get the full 5% cashback in the next month, ie spend RM 5000 so a cashback of RM 250?

Ohh I see. So meaning the 5% cashback does not follow the monthly payments ie;
Pay Jan monthly installment - get 5%
Pay Feb monthly installment - get 5%
Pay Mac monthly installment - get 5%
and so on?

Nice. nowdays I purchased TNG reload from Lazada to pay TNB bill from TNG wallet. Need to look for other cashback CC since for my AMEX, 1st to 2nd week already manage to get the maximum RM50 cashback.

i try topup with shopee and it under airpay and cannot get 5 percent.

Doesn't matter online or not for M2 AMEX.
Direct debit, PIN Entry, Contactless all ok for weekend CB.
