If you usually spend your daily needs and places you go takes AmEx, why not? You'll have 10x TP on weekdays (AmEx) and 10x TP on the Visa/Master until the end of the promo while we are not getting it (5x for AmEx and 1x for Visa/Master for us only).
Also if you know how to maximise your points game, you are literally be able to redeem Air Miles as if you are on the Reserve cards level.

For me, I'll just take if I'm offered by it lol. It's a no brainer for those want to accumulate points.

Despite that, many places do accept amex as well. Major grocery chain, speedmart, petrol at petronas and shell... all do accept.

Even shopee and lazada accept. Your phone bill etc also can. The 10x is not permanent definitely still a good campaign

The key thing is spend on amex during weekend. 5% cashback is really awesome. I have been using this card for 9 years and counting.

I work from home 99% since Covid-19 era. So, it is worth for me.
Last year, Etiqa stopped accepting AmEx for a short period, I had to use other card to continue buying Etiqa. After comparisons with other providers, I still find Etiqa suits me the best. Luckily, now they started accepting AmEx again.
