Some-more need to see what car model you want to loan.. If it's local car, they don't want do the loan with yours one.
Quite realistic this bank..
For me, their customer service is quite efficiency than others. But sometimes depend your "amount" inside or you spend how much. If you balance quite a lot, they serve you as king or queen..
Typically macam Singapore style one..
At least they reply you within a day.. You never see before like AM.. Today request, after 2 weeks then reply you.

I took their Hire Purchase because PBB is the first one to contact me. Called me on 4pm and approved SMS on 6pm(So surprise and efficient).
Firstly I tot got the loan with them will easily to get the credit card(saw many ppl said they offer cc to them when sign the agreement).
They help me apply too, but not successful
After that I only realize how poor their service is;
1. e-Banking even worse than Bank Islam(sorry to say

)
2. Customer service not line Maybank, everything can be done by call. I can say that they even dont have HQ contact, when call hotline, ask to refer branch?? Then you better close your hotline number.
3. Hire Purchase hotline cannot call. If you lucky got connected, but no one pick up hahahahahaha
4. Ask for Standing instruction for Hire Purchase payment. Due date is 11 every month, but until 11.50pm on 11st of the month still have not deduct. Refer to the Branch, they also dont know. Ask to wait on 12.

I dont want their stupid system affected my credit score btw so I manually pay it~

So I still dont know why PBB dont want approve CC application.
