I just realised that pb cc dont label any of their cards.. it just had numbers only... i have infinite, visa signature, qmc, qmv plat.. but they dont label words on it like other banks..

after years only i realised.. i guess im old liao...

I faced the same (for 2 cards), and CS told me the same thing. But I insisted that because SST only started in Sept, it's not right for me to be charged. They then helped me to submit for "management approval" and was told that it'd take 3 - 5 working days to process. Later that day I saw "Cash Rewards" of RM 25 debited into my accounts already..

Call again. If they don't waive then tell them you will report them to bank negara.

charging and billing are 2 separate matters.

PBB already wrongly (prematurely) charged you SST, so billing on "next month bill" is invalid.

ask cs to file official report for mgmt review. if multiple attempts yields the same refusal by CS/mgmt, escalate to bnm and/or rmcd.
