My card was just charged SST. My card was issue Aug 2017 and the anniversary date is Aug 2018. I was having the impression that my card will only be charged at Aug 2019.

However when I call the CS I was told that it will be charged on my next month bill (Sep 2018) which is why I got charged. Is this correct?

Just now I also insisted that it should not be charged but the CS apparently also insisted that I will be charged as it is based on "next month bill"

So you mean I should give another call and insist my stand?

ask cs to file official report for mgmt review. if multiple attempts yields the same refusal by CS/mgmt, escalate to bnm and/or rmcd.

Last transaction was Bigpay on 6 Aug at 6:45 p.m. if it helps

wow many posts a day.. I got WK10 RM50. RM 60x 8 using BP.

1st is about 9 a.m. and last transaction is about 9:30 a.m. if it helps.
