In the IVR, there's an option to select for MCC checking.

03-21768118, 1 for English, 8 for customer svc personnel.

give card number, 2 verification questions, tell which transaction to check MCC. after that they tell u to the MCC straight away. then end call as usual. usually all in about 2 mins or so kaotim.

for me. I prefer talk to person, in case I got other questions related to MCC.

The campaign is only tied to the principal cardholder NRIC.
Spending under supp cards issued from the principal cardholder will go back to the principal cardholder.

per NRIC

you = principal(s) + 2 supp cards (#1 and #2)
supp cardholder #1 = his own principal(s) + supp card (you)
supp cardholder #2 = his own principal(s) + supp card (you)

if you register for SN4M, all your cards are combined.

if both supp cardholders didnt register, their spending wont be eligible, and are not combined with yours (different individuals)

My card was just charged SST. My card was issue Aug 2017 and the anniversary date is Aug 2018. I was having the impression that my card will only be charged at Aug 2019.

However when I call the CS I was told that it will be charged on my next month bill (Sep 2018) which is why I got charged. Is this correct?

I faced the same (for 2 cards), and CS told me the same thing. But I insisted that because SST only started in Sept, it's not right for me to be charged. They then helped me to submit for "management approval" and was told that it'd take 3 - 5 working days to process. Later that day I saw "Cash Rewards" of RM 25 debited into my accounts already..

Just now I also insisted that it should not be charged but the CS apparently also insisted that I will be charged as it is based on "next month bill"

So you mean I should give another call and insist my stand?

Call again. If they don't waive then tell them you will report them to bank negara.

charging and billing are 2 separate matters.

PBB already wrongly (prematurely) charged you SST, so billing on "next month bill" is invalid.

ask cs to file official report for mgmt review. if multiple attempts yields the same refusal by CS/mgmt, escalate to bnm and/or rmcd.

How do you guys 'book' a place for the cashback4u? Monday morning? Do they refresh every week on monday? Planning to do with the BP.

So far (for reported CB) no Monday transactions have failed to get the CB. Of course there's a lot of weeks which haven't yet been credited so maybe competition has gotten more.

depends on what/where you swipe; either do it during vampire-morning or wakeup-morning of Mondays biggrin.gif

no idea about afternoon/evening/night time.

it's better don't risk at 12am as some payment gateway use UK time which is still Sunday evening.
For safe play, usually after 8am should be ok.

12 am plus can gua hahha, 8 transactions to BP with Rm60 each should work. Or I get up at 6am ish to get ready for work.

Another ques guys, i dont have a PB savings acc so I gotta pay from my MBB savings acc, if I select instant transfer to pay my cc bills from PB, should be instant right? So I guess I can pay off my PB cc bills on statement due date?
