i tapped and even tried key in pin at 2 McD terminal branches also failed.

IMO, It is PBB system issue which they only able to charge as per nearest statement date, but, true that when customer complaint, they should just reverse it without any hassle to escalate further.. As for case on mbb is the expiry date on card don’t tied with issue date.. n they want to charge sst based on card expiry date instead of card issue date.. so far I think only MBB n SCB following first card expiry date for all cards, but only MBB charge based on card expiry date.. Our new Govt rushed to implement SST 2.0 and bank's systems are not coded immediately to comply with the new guidelines, which is quite friendly to cardholders but not so straightforward for the operators and machines, which they may need to rectify manually in the early stage. |
