If I buy movie tickets through TGV app, using master card masterpass, is this consider an online transaction? |

Hi guys. Anyone tried calling public bank card services at 03-21798000. Been trying to call for the past 1 week. Always engaged. I wanna cancel my quantum visa. Till today cannot get through.
