Seriously, those complaining on why they don't get the cashback especially with BP and even till to BNM seems to be pointless as this is stated in the term :
1. By registering for this Promotion as per item 4 herein and participating in the
Promotion, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to
be bound by the Terms and Conditions stated herein. The decision of the Bank shall
be final, binding and conclusive. No correspondence, disputes and appeals will be
entertained. The Bank further reserves the exclusive right to change, amend, delete
or add on to these Terms and Conditions from time to time with at least twenty one
(21) days prior notice at www.pbebank.com website.
This is how every corporation protect themself, their decision is final and they won't entertain all this disputes etc. It is impossible for them to make comparison actually as involve personal data and transaction.
You must be new here, this isn't the first time PBB has mistakes, and cashback gets credited after you bring them the evidence. Having the attitude that "aiyah no point complain" simply encourages bad business practices (which PBB has NOT been doing with regards to this set of promos).
