on contract : downgrade ( penalty ), upgrade ( no penalty ) both renew contract

i go tmpoint kajang, officer tell me if i want downgarade to package 100mbps RM129 still under contarct. no penalty but contarct refresh to 24 month n don't get turbo ed.

Try to read and set your WiFi as suggested in page 1 and then test your speed again. Also for reliability always test with cable instead of WiFi.

Don't play play I tell you... My ASUS RT-AC88U has been sent to kilang 2 times in 2 years. (Luckily 3 years warranty) First time, they couldn't find the problem and gave me a Singapore version RT-AC88U. This 2nd one had 2 ports that died not long after and the 5Ghz band stopped working. They also couldn't find out the problem and sent back an RT-AC5300... drool.gif So far the Asus RT-AC5300 is going strong but I now only have 4 ports instead of 8 on the RT-AC88U. But I consider it an upgrade since a 5-port switch wouldn't cost as much as the difference in price of these 2 routers flex.gif

Conclusion: Warranty is VERY important... notworthy.gif

Honestly speaking and asking, do they care if we threaten? Because their salary won't get affected though... Rating them zero would probably directly affect them and you will receive a call from them... I saw someone posted he/she rated zero and demanded for the TURBO upgrade and BOOM he got it straight away... blink.gif

There is no mention of penalty for downgrade in the FAQ. Please see #28

so far almost when we want to reduce the speed to the cheapest, they will pujuk or give some discount.... so far many most of subscriber here success with that...

right now also they already in so hard position as gobind push them to reduce the price... when reduce it will effect their ARPU, then effect to stakeholder profit, then effect to gomen...

yesterday didnt give the rating.... maybe can give them 0 and try not to answer their call...

Wow bro, dunno u are unlucky or lucky haha. How's the warranty claim ? Need to wait long for the replacement? How's the ac5300 coverage compared to the ac88u?

I got an ac5300 after sending in my 88u also. Coverage seems no different.

I did this and didn't even get a call, made a report to SKMM straight away. Because I'm paying 329 for 100mbps while others are paying 159/189. I did asked for a discount but they proudly refuse.
