I just live chat to ask what time will the installation complete tomorrow as my sms said it will complete tomorrow but i dont know the time 😅 she said she didnt know the time and the date is only estimated date and the order might complete later than the date? And i was like what the heck? And she said we advise customer to wait 🙄🙄

rm129, 300mbps... will be interesting to see how many get it.

Currently on 300Mbps RM139 TURBO-ed plan. Compared to the new 100Mbps RM129 plan, I actually need the STD20 way more than the +200Mbps increase in speed. Can't downgrade since still under contract.

How do u get ur ipad to connect to UAP-AC-LR at 866Mbps (866Mbps link speed as shown in Unifi controller?)? Same equipment as yours (ipad, UAP-AC-LR), mine will not connect beyond 300Mbps TX rate and download speed test yields ~240Mbps. What is your 5Ghz ac band bandwidth and any other setting done in Unifi controller to get 866Mbps link (bandsteering etc)?

Really? But since mine is already turbo-ed to 300Mbps, wouldn't this be counted as an "downgrade" and hence downgrading penalty/fee will apply?

AC1200, should be OK for LAN but not WiFi. Still it's a hit or miss router.
Turn off and turn on back your BTU? The device besides your router which provided by TM?

Your current plan is 100mbps+ultimate+STD20 @rm189, but now reduced to rm132 n eligible for turbo upgrade to 800mbps? If true then many who has switched to the new 100mbps@rm129 plan will be pissed.

My plan is 100mbps+ultimate. No STD20.
Hope the charges is temporary applied until Turbo has been activated.
Seems like Sabah/Sarawak is yet to get mass Turbo upgrade for major town areas unlike West M'sia at this moment.
