QUOTE(V3nz @ Sep 16 2018, 10:03 PM) Lol so they change ur speed but not the price. is that right? My friends concern is that the price right now is too high, so we are trying to get cheaper price. hopefully can change... Then go to tmpoint to change to the latest 100mbps at RM129. It is possible to do.

QUOTE(shahie @ Sep 16 2018, 09:01 PM) like my case, on 21 july received email saying i will be turbo between aug - dec 2018 but on 14 sept i went to TM point to change the plan from rm139 30mbps to rm129 100mbps, and somehow at the late evening, i notice i have been turbo-ed to 300mbps. maybe they just awake when we try to change the plan, maybe... lol this is very nice! keep it!! rm129, 300mbps... will be interesting to see how many get it.

QUOTE(y561994 @ Sep 16 2018, 10:25 PM) Currently on 300Mbps RM139 TURBO-ed plan. Compared to the new 100Mbps RM129 plan, I actually need the STD20 way more than the +200Mbps increase in speed. Can't downgrade since still under contract. can, but no need as re-contract will apply. Just enjoy ur 300Mbps at RM10 extra.

QUOTE(aneip @ Sep 15 2018, 11:40 AM) TM equipment just use few minutes.. Currently using mikrotik + ubnt AP.. Got limit at mikrotik when 1st turboed. After enable fastrack can hit full 300.. UAP-AC-LR also able to deliver full 300 if the same room and connected at 866Mbps (ipad).. My phone 433Mbps can only reach 150-200.. How do u get ur ipad to connect to UAP-AC-LR at 866Mbps (866Mbps link speed as shown in Unifi controller?)? Same equipment as yours (ipad, UAP-AC-LR), mine will not connect beyond 300Mbps TX rate and download speed test yields ~240Mbps. What is your 5Ghz ac band bandwidth and any other setting done in Unifi controller to get 866Mbps link (bandsteering etc)?

Still it's a hit or miss router. Turn off and turn on back your BTU? The device besides your router which provided by TM?

QUOTE(Berserker @ Sep 16 2018, 08:11 PM) Still waiting for turbo upgrade to 800. Checked my latest bill and been charged 139.50. The rate is reduced to 132 instead of the usual 189. Seems like they are upgrading their billing system with the new package coming in. Good to see they are reducing the price in accordance with new plan. QUOTE(Berserker @ Sep 16 2018, 08:44 PM) No announcement that Iโm aware of. I assume the changes was done last Friday when the unifi portal prompt down for maintenance after login. Need other pro users to check their bill that still havenโt turbo and billing period starts after 15 of this month. mine still the same at rm189...

Your current plan is 100mbps+ultimate+STD20 @rm189, but now reduced to rm132 n eligible for turbo upgrade to 800mbps? If true then many who has switched to the new 100mbps@rm129 plan will be pissed.

Seems like Sabah/Sarawak is yet to get mass Turbo upgrade for major town areas unlike West M'sia at this moment. This post has been edited by Berserker: Sep 16 2018, 11:01 PM
