Checked in my unifi account activity, modify order was submitted on 17 Aug 2.49pm. Perhaps the turbo upgrade coming soon to Kuching.
Anyone from Kuching, Sarawak got the modify order too beside me?

Indeed Tm agent are more scarier these days keep on calling ppl to promote unifi and speed upgrade. $$$ matters.

Just checked with my unifi care acct just now. TM have removed the Ruby pack from my pro acct. Seems like they have close the loop hole for other ppl to remove individual pack that also got Ultimate Pack. Damn !!

Still waiting for turbo upgrade to 800. Checked my latest bill and been charged 139.50. The rate is reduced to 132 instead of the usual 189. Seems like they are upgrading their billing system with the new package coming in. Good to see they are reducing the price in accordance with new plan.

The price is adjusted for pro user that haven’t got turbo yet. I will not be happy if they charge full price of 189 since I didn’t get Turbo 800 yet.

No announcement that I’m aware of.
I assume the changes was done last Friday when the unifi portal prompt down for maintenance after login.

Need other pro users to check their bill that still haven’t turbo and billing period starts after 15 of this month.

My plan is 100mbps+ultimate. No STD20.
Hope the charges is temporary applied until Turbo has been activated.
Seems like Sabah/Sarawak is yet to get mass Turbo upgrade for major town areas unlike West M'sia at this moment.

I received the turbo email for first phase though
