I’m currently using Asus rt-ac87u router and have been offered RT-AC86u or 88U.

I have gone thru the specs for both 86 and 88u router and from personal experience point of view, which one is better for 800mbps unifi?

Yes and no I guess? I did casually contact TM through Twitter and they said pending for Turbo upgrade and asked to wait. When we get the Turbo upgrade, 800mbps and Ultimate pack at the price we are paying is a steal, this I have to agree.

The main issue is that some were able to get Ruby Plus removed without any adjustment to their account, so I believe they are now paying around RM159 monthly. Problem is MCMC won’t do anything to help as I am unable to provide an account number that has this. Showing a screenshot of their account dashboard or their bill statement without account number not accepted as an evidence.

this package RM129 100Mbps can apply very soon, I expected within 48 hours

chatted with tm live to ask about changing plans and got the same answer: contract will be renewed for 24 months and not eligible for turbo speed upgrade -.-

Why don't you try walking-in to any TM Point to try your luck if you haven't?

It seems that there's no Unifi Lite 10Mbps (for SUBB area) available anymore in TM Website. I tried to check the coverage for SUBB area, and it just hang there, nothing showed. While, for Non-Subb area, it shows Streamyx plan. Any update about SUBB plan?

600Mbps on wifi is good. You don’t need to change anything, for now.

86U for sure. It is newer, and have better firmware.
