Shittiest company ever. I tried contacting CS to cancel my account for almost 2 weeks, nobody bothers to attend me. Is this company dead? Cannot imagine if got fraud and try to get in touch with CS.

my bigpay was used by 3rd party in eu and usa.

my balance was not available for 2 hours when i reported it to cs.

They used your Bigpay card?

hacker dumped some database with credit/debit card info from compromised/poorly coded website via exploit
then sell it on darkweb or some other forum, people buy from hacker, they will try small amount first, if working then they will try large one.

that's how our card being illegally used outside of Msia.

if e-wallet with linked card not used for sometimes, just empty out, disable oversea transaction.

I had encountered many instance of card used outside of home country, USA, Indonesia, NZ, Australia, etc, most transactions failed due to low credit.

anyone received notification that card topup will be temporary disabled (or something like that)

didn't fully read it. couldn't find back announcement.

No way to do top up by card now. No option to choose.

Trying to reload with kiple visa but the new updated Bigpay app doesnt have the option for using cc & dc. Or is it somewhere?

Ouch, just wanna use BigPay on some oversea transaction - Paypal and only noticed that CC has been disabled for a period eh ?

quite long time, majority start to allow cc to top up

Can't login to BP. Asked to send a link but after entering my number, it gives an error message

Looks like BP app still got some problems. Can't even freeze my card. Every thing I click will get error message " something went wrong, please try again later"

what is actually the main purpose of using BigPay these days?

lousy app and the alternatives all have better functionalities, so what is BigPay's USP?
