Actually , I want to pay TNB but the app in mobile and desktop kept loading, so just thought of paying the telco bills in Lazada and Shopee.

I haven't got BP card, want to apply. So is it use the code at Facebook to get extra CREDIT OR use friend's code so he will also get extra credit?

Just for information, I transfer out BP 1k on 2.38pm 30/04/2020 to HLBB, same day night time check in already. 1st time see so fast.
