hacker dumped some database with credit/debit card info from compromised/poorly coded website via exploit
then sell it on darkweb or some other forum, people buy from hacker, they will try small amount first, if working then they will try large one.

that's how our card being illegally used outside of Msia.

if e-wallet with linked card not used for sometimes, just empty out, disable oversea transaction.

I had encountered many instance of card used outside of home country, USA, Indonesia, NZ, Australia, etc, most transactions failed due to low credit.

just boycott, I'm closing it too since it i got plenty of multicurrency cards.

I've used grab a lot in the past, refund from erroneous transaction were automated and almost instant no need to bother cs.
fraudulent transactions from oversea were blocked and cs will call you to confirm.
their new son GXcard probably way better than this bigpay.
