my BP reload problem using credit cards still not solved.
All those credit cards that i wanted to use to reload got same message, "Failed to topup - due to incorrect CVC or expiry dates.. Try again..."
Complained to BP support, it seems i have tried too many times......
It is all Bigpay's fault,
telling us ...Failed becos of incorrect CVC or expiry dates ,
when the problem is BIGPAY update hiccups.
When BP said failed topup due to " incorrect CCV or expiry dates, and tell Try again ."
sure customers will try further as they have the correct CVC and expiry dates.
Silly BP should have said reload failed due to system error rather than simply put some nonsense
excuse "incorrect CVC or expiry dates and then say TRY AGAIN later"
Hopeless BP wanna challenge Banking like this, susah lah!
Now dont know how long it will take for BP to undo my repeatedly "Failed topup " problem
If this is the case i die lah... i have repeatedly tried more than 10 time since yesterday !! hoping that it can get through with each attempt..
