as usual, RP is slow

So from here can see that some of the banks that reduce the cc rewards are targeting the e-wallet abuse - reload > cash out, not because of BNM that reduce the merchant fee of cc charges.

have to fully utilized this card before 12august.

there are repercussion from that (bnm's payment card reform framework)

from what i see, definitely not due to sole reason of bigpay's withdrawal feature, which is defeating the point of bnm's push for cashless yet still require withdrawal feature (part of requirement to allow user to access their funds in ewallet).

I deleted few and still cannot add, weird

Are all the cards credit cards? It might be including debit cards. I thinks that's why you can go for more than 10
