Loan reject unit can only happen earlier, all inter-lot has been sold and ongoing for quite sometime dy ...

no la... those internal purchases or developer hold units... u will suddenly saw them appear as 'loan rejected' units when closer towards VP... selling at the latest SPA price...

Loan reject unit or unit returned to developer for watever reasons, you need to check w developer from time to time or register w them. But this wont be below developers spa price.

Bank auction units only available, if any 6 mths after vp...or thereabout.

It doesn't go against the rule in the Deed of Mutual Covenant that is executed by the buyer in development like this, as long as the clothes are not visible from the main street, residents are free to launder their dirty underwear in plain sight from the backyard.

if you are owner check your dmc. stated balcony cannot be used to dry clothes

I am not a buyer, I happen to perused a copy of the DMC when a relative of mine let me had a go on the DMC as I was curious about the enforceability of those rules. There are plenty of examples where those DMC's rules are not complied with in Eco Sanctuary.

At the end of the day, once ECW has washed their hands, they wouldn't give a damn in enforcing those rules enshrined within the DMC as long as the house sells. Especially in the current market.
