Regret buying house at EG, especially inta bina developed house, defects are everywhere and to get it fixed is hell of hassle with "kurang ajar" indon and the supervisor. Report to EG, like no balls and so scared to talk to them.

Biggest disappointment is the shitty road, promise for expansion but until now cant see the habuk.From 4/3/2 lane to single casing hell of traffic and so many traffic lights along the road, respect the engineer approved it, world class engineer really.

On top of this, jungle area slowly disappearing, keep digging the tanah like no body business, city council tak nampak ker? Name only puncak alam, but there no more puncak but all flat. Worst part is this lorry carry the red soil moving same time you commute to office, damn..

City council should have planned this properly with developer, not just approve the housing development but road remains same like 20 years back.

You may lose some money but buying property is always a bet, you end up either getting a good deal or felt lied upon.

Morning hours, you need to be on the road before 6.30am. Road still clear. I can reach centre of shah alam in 30 minutes if start journey on 6.05am, 6.35am already reach shah alam.

Who give promise for road expansion in jalan mokhtar dahari? Frankly speaking i dont ever use that road since rear exit connected to shorea open last year. My route everyday was shorea-elmina-guthrie to shah alam or shorea-elmina-nkve if going to KL.
