I am not a buyer, I happen to perused a copy of the DMC when a relative of mine let me had a go on the DMC as I was curious about the enforceability of those rules. There are plenty of examples where those DMC's rules are not complied with in Eco Sanctuary.

At the end of the day, once ECW has washed their hands, they wouldn't give a damn in enforcing those rules enshrined within the DMC as long as the house sells. Especially in the current market.

the please open your map and take the nearest point of Elmina (which is yet to develop I guess) and using the existing road and measure how far its to sg buloh MRT station will you?

from toll to toll, setia alam toll to kota Damansara toll is about 20kms. might as well say invest in setia alam now bcos the kota Damansara MRT station is forking near.
