oh crap .....the nightmare for my 4mb is happening again
 after the incident happened on 10/11/09 11.55pm, i think tm got some "trick" to throttled our 4mb speed  now all the download capped below 2mb.......  anyone else having the same problem??  |

for the past 4 days,

Just talk to TM Premium customer they are fibre optic problems along this area Wangsa Maju they are still fixing it
Those who are affected are encourage to call TM regarding the slowness issues So they will know they are having problems Make sure you got the contact Report Number regarding the issues otherwise u waste time on local call This post has been edited by MX510: Nov 12 2009, 02:54 PM |

they also telling me fiber optic problem too, and just now the customer service just call me and say the maintainence in wangsa maju is done. But when i try speed test in their new speedometer still get high latency and slow connection, so just now call back to them to report again. Hope can fix my problem asap.

I cant even speedtest tonight. Speedtest.net and Speedtest.TM also same,
pings are still okay for local (<80ms) acceptable but somehow the speedtest keep lagging. for example rise to 0.4mbps, then drop to 0.2 or 0.1, then slowly rise to 0.2 then stuck there. after one minute move abit again. loading webpages need to refresh several times. checked DNS all fine, switch DNS also same. check ping times to websites also within normal parameters, just slightly higher than normal around +-50ms use proxy just slight improvement. gila punya. i'm busy with examinations so TM is lucky this time...
