I got automatically capped from 11am to 12.59am and 1am to 10.59am (uncapped)on certain of international links. Example like streaming videos from Myspace , MSN video, Youku, China links and some other website.

yet the capping only applied on Monday-Saturday and Sunday was off day. During the capping, the connection will having a steady below 400Kbps speed out of my 4Mbps 
This capping started to be happen back to Mid of July where that time there was cable link down to taiwan.

This matter has been bugging me until now. I only manage to bypass by using VPN or my own private proxies

I knew this when i call 1300889515 and the all interuptions notice coming out decide not to wait after heard the maintenance that happened in Wangsa Maju n Melawati. They don't mention how long it will take.

for the past 4 days,

speed capped at 1mb: 11am - 1am = 14 hours

back normal 4mb: 1am - 11am = 10 hours

Something wrong with the screamyx again? Youtube only gets <20KB/s and RS even worst only can get 2KB/s. Any 4MB user here also kena this problem?

Anyone have this problem where you are downloading stuff. Suddenly it gets dc. You tried to reconnect it back and can get a WAN ip, but you cannot surf at all ?? I tried reset my router damn many times already but I still cant surf.

So, I called 100 and the CS said, please try use direct manual connection, reset router crap.I wanna file a complain also cannot cause they talk the same crap over and over again until my hp credit ran out (15 minutes+). Now, I need 2 restart all over again!

Y they always think it's must be our side which got problem........ Sigh..

can you suggest me any method for improving snr margin???? Any alternate suggestion like wireless in streamyx/masix..... .But i need the speed of 4MBPS. I am quite hevay user especially downloading movies. almost 6 to 7gb perday. This 1m speed is really sucks.

my house phone is at the kitchen while my room is behind it. i wanna connect my desktop to the modem. it's better for me to buy RJ11 cable and bring the modem in my room or i buy the straight cable and leave the modem outside near the phone line?

oh.so its better for me to buy ethernet cable and drag it all the way into my room rather than dragging the RJ11 cable with the modem into my room?

it is not. the speed is much worst, around 20-30++kbps. using maxis bb much much more faster bro. hey if if i've been miscapped whats the easiest way to bring back the actual speed? can't stand seeing it at 2mbps. wtf
