Tonight 218.111.4.XXX is screwed, 60ms pings to lowyat forum and 130+ms to Youtube. Ususally 9ms to lowyat

I'm wondering should i complain? This is not the first time 218.111.4 is slow at night.
And it seems that I'm locked on to 218.111.4 only...

andrew if u try to ping TMnut DNS(202.188.0.133) I guess u'll get the 60+ms ping as well, it seemed that TMnut DNS is screwed up for past 2 days.

Last night is the worst, when I disconnected and reconnected again, I kept on getting invalid login/password. Call CS and have been told that my area is "upgrading" now, then told me it'll be finished by today, end up today problem still remain the same.

DC is because of his line problem... either can not support 4mb or low margin.
he need to wait for 2-3weeks to get 218.111. ( correct me if wrong)

Hse phone no problem, but his old phone copper is old/bad quality, caused DC.

I see, but for me things seem fine in the morning, only after 7 or 8pm things slow down but still acceptable. Yesterday's slowdown was worst, cant even watch Youtube without buffering.

Got my 4mb few days ago and it's like roller coaster, Lines are not stable. Frequency dc, dl speed is at 100kb and sometimes 5xx kb. Surfing sux , Maybe because i can only get 118,115 and 124 IP range.
Well i got 2 lines in my house, 1mb and 4mb, The only good thing 4mb is the dl speed. When i playing games or surfing i prefer my 1mb line with 60.49.xxx.xxx IP.

quite unstable.. just think do you REALLY want 4mb??.. if you're 1mbps subscriber and get capped @2mbps then i think you should stick with that.. got more contras than pros. last month really good.. but in October back to suck..

It's been 13 days since I applied for a 4mb line, the technician has not come to check my bloody line.

my line is quite weird, in the morning and afternoon the line is stable, towards the evening and night, it starts to disconnect every now and then. my msn keeps signing in and out like every 5 minutes. cant even download a file properly. is this the problem of the line, or the router? coz currently there are about 9-10 people in my apartment using the line, and the line is routed thru the riger wifi modem given by tm, and some switches.
