Usually, for those 4MB users, you will be in the 218 IP range...its your right to be in that Premium IP...but nowadays, even the 218 IP have the same speed with others...mine is 124.82.x.x (on 4MB package), extremely fast...now back to 218, speed is OK..

Guys, is 4MB really stable?? Is the speed satisfying?? I thinking upgrading mine to combo 4MB...please give feedback
