That is good news. I'll be sure to mention this during my RMA with you in a few weeks.
Was told it would be RM500 to trade in the 60Hz with the 144Hz. Fees including labor fee as well as color calibration.
and yeah, mine is due for RMA. Got multiple annoying issues since first day
:
- Creaking hinges
- Random unresponsiveness/jittery/lags/
- Fan cranking up with no reason even with no load on cpu/gpu/memory
- Windows starts straight to BIOS, need save BIOS setting before can start Windows
- Low battery caused stutter media playback
- battery life <2 hours with minimal browsing, 25% display brightness, lowest kb brightness, light bar off.
- Turbo fan button no function i.e. nothing happened when pressing.

You can mention all these in details when you do RMA with us. Some of them sound like driver/configuration issues which can be resolved with a driver update. The latest command center can increase the battery life significantly by controlling the RGB backlit brightness.

Any expected time until the refresh, Prince J? That will seal the deal for me. Been following the discussion on NBR -including valuable input by our own Eiraku- and the clickety-clicky-look-its-me keyboard isn't something one could ignore, at least not for me. So to have this option is a welcome news
I am not allowed to leak more info at the moment, it won't be very long I would say. Both ILLEGEAR and Tongfang work very closely to gather market feedback to improve the products. The blue-switch clicky sound of mechanical switch, keycap distances etc will all be improved on mechanical keyboard v3. In fact mechanical keyboard v2 is already a big leap compared to v1 in terms of feedback, durability and responsiveness.
