WHAT ? I have online banking for my Public Bank savings account when i was still using PBVE and they are NOT linked. Better check again, preferably at a Public Bank branch.

i did check with them and they say must link coz 1 user 1 account for online banking

FYI, only online LOGIN account will be link....but the PB VE card account will not link to the normal saving account...

its normal practice...depend on the bank.....maybank2u also use one LOGIN account each customer for all its BANKING accounts regardless CC or SA...

Eh, how come yours take so long ? I applied for online banking for my PBVE around afternoon and was told i'll be able to access my online account after 6pm on the same day.

wanna ask some questions...

i use maybank atm card to purchase my digital camera, the shop did the transaction twice but both failed... so i ended up go to the atm mavhine to withdraw my money.. surpisingly my money decrease from RM3000 to RM1000 after i withdraw RM1000...

so i request for mini statement slip.. i check the 1st transaction it refund me, but the 2nd one it didn't...

so the maybank eat me RM1000, i call to ask.. they say will refund after 14days.. until now after already 16days.. still not yet..

it happen on 05 june 09.. juz now call them again, they say will follow up my case..

but i can't find my paypal 4-digit number in my pbebank statement... i have to wait more?

It takes a few days for the transaction to appear. There's 2 things to understand - transaction date and posted date. Normally the transaction (posted date) will be posted in your statement once the merchant (paypal) submit it to the bank. Paypal deducts the cash on the transaction date.

Hi this actually happened to me once when I used my credit card. What happened was that, I went and swiped my card and it took a very long time for them to process the transaction. The counter got tired of waiting, ended up canceled the transaction by pulling out my card. I didn't get my refund until 3-4 weeks after that day. Try waiting another few more days check your balance again. Good luck..

Prince of Andalus & nanakopy87: my son got his letter to go to branch to collect card Visa Electron. I thought he will have to deposit RM25 first before he can collect the card. What was the case for either of you?

So tomorrow when collecting card, have to go teller and apply for online banking right?

for me,i go PB branch get my card...u can ask the customer service over there.they will tell u go which counter.then they will ask for ur ic..then wait for awhile and they will pass de card to u.they will ask u sign de card.after tat,u can proceed apply online banking for the card(if u wan online banking) at the customer service there.
after tat,u can go atm there bank in some money.go to cash deposit there and go for credit card payment.then key in de 16 digit card number and then put ur money into de machine then confirm everything then press ok and so on....
then around 7pm de same day (i went there in the morning),u can login into online banking.

remember to check if the name on de cash deposit is ur son name....hahaha..in case tersilap tekan nombor...ended up RM25 to someone's account

Anyone managed to book a room at Genting Highlands using PBB Day2Day VISA Debit Card ?

And what should we enter for the credit limit if we were to register PBB Day2Day VISA Debit Card for "Verified by VISA" ? Is it 000000 just like PBB VISA Electron ?

Hi guys.. Just a quick update. I just made a withdrawal request to the PBB Day2Day card via paypal.. So most likely will see the funds by next week.. Will keep you all posted in here

tried to use the debit card which was told by officer their already activated but screwed up when i do the purchase at LV.. mahai
